We are currently expanding the creative team supporting a corporate client in the luxury market and are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer & Visual Content Creator with strong graphic design, creative-development, and photography capabilities. The client is evolving its visual presence from a traditionally technical approach toward a more sophisticated, elevated, and lifestyle-driven presentation. This position will play an important role in helping bring that creative evolution to life. Role Description This position is primarily focused on strong graphic design and visual content creation. The ideal candidate will be capable of receiving a basic client request, understanding the objective behind it, developing a creative direction, and carrying that concept through execution and final delivery. The role requires more than technical proficiency with design software. Strong creative interpretation, visual problem-solving, and the ability to proactively identify creative opportunities are essential. Photography is an important secondary component of the position. The selected contractor should be capable of independently handling routine professional photography needs and incorporating original photography into broader creative projects. Videography experience is welcome but is not a primary requirement.
Responsibilities Projects may include:
Social media graphics and campaigns Digital advertisements and promotional materials Presentation and PowerPoint design Printed brochures and marketing collateral Catalog and product materials Press and media graphics Event materials Merchandise graphics Branded templates Internal and external corporate communications Website and digital graphics Photography Photo editing, manipulation, and retouching Layout and print-ready design Other visual assets based on client needs Responsibilities will also include translating client requests into developed visual concepts, maintaining consistency across multiple deliverables, preparing files for digital and print production, managing revisions, and collaborating with the Project Manager and other creative resources. Graphic Design & Brand Standards Strong professional graphic design experience is required. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in areas including: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator or comparable professional vector-design software Adobe InDesign or comparable professional page-layout software Typography Composition and layout Photo manipulation and retouching Print and digital design Production-ready file preparation Presentation design Designing across multiple dimensions and formats The selected contractor must also be comfortable working within established brand standards. This includes interpreting and consistently applying guidelines related to typography, logos, colors, imagery, layout, and other visual elements while still developing fresh and creative concepts that remain true to the brand. Photography Professional or strong practical photography experience is required.

Professional Expectations This position supports a professional corporate environment and a premium brand. Professionalism, dependability, attention to detail, communication, organization, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential. The creative team works through a Project Manager who serves as the primary point of contact between Organic Technology and the client. The Project Manager is expected to be included in all written client communication related to projects, scheduling, revisions, deliverables, and other contract work. Schedule & Compensation The position is expected to average approximately 16-20 hours per week , primarily on-site in Greensboro, NC. A typical schedule may consist of approximately two full on-site production days per week. Specific days may change based on project and production needs. Additional approved design, editing, or production hours may occasionally be available and may be completed remotely when appropriate.
Compensation:
$32-$36 per hour , based on professional experience, portfolio quality, photography capabilities, technical skills, and overall fit.
