Company Description Colossus Media Group (CMG) is a full-service creative and digital marketing agency based in New Jersey. We're a fast-growing, hard-working team that works with businesses across a wide range of industries on branding, digital marketing, social media, websites, advertising, and content. We also operate our sister agency, Suds Digital , one of the leading marketing agencies dedicated specifically to the laundromat and laundry industry. Through Suds Digital, our creative team works with hundreds of laundromats and laundry brands across the country. As both agencies continue to grow, we're looking to add another full-time Graphic Designer to our in-house creative team. Job Description We're looking for a creative, motivated designer with a strong eye for branding and visual communication. This is a hands-on position with a lot of variety. You'll work alongside our existing graphic designers, marketing team, social media team, web department, and account managers. A large portion of the role will include design work for our Suds Digital clients, including laundromat branding, signage, direct mail, social media graphics, digital ads, promotions, in-store materials, and other marketing collateral. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work on a high volume of real-world projects, build their portfolio, and grow within a fast-moving agency. Responsibilities Work closely with CMG and Suds Digital's existing graphic design and marketing teams Create graphics and marketing materials based on established brand guidelines Design social media graphics, digital advertisements, email graphics, direct mail pieces, flyers, signage, and print materials Create promotional materials for laundromats and other local businesses across the country Assist with branding and rebranding projects, including logos and brand identity Develop creative concepts for multi-channel marketing campaigns Work with the web team on website graphics and other digital assets Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate designs for production Participate in creative brainstorming and campaign planning Manage multiple projects and clients while meeting deadlines Occasionally attend photo/video productions and company events Qualifications Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, layout, typography, and branding skills Understanding of both digital and print design Ability to follow existing brand guidelines while still bringing new creative ideas to the table Strong attention to detail Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, hard-working, and deadline-driven Ability to take feedback and quickly turn around revisions Preferred Experience Previous graphic design or agency experience Experience designing for social media and digital advertising Experience with print design, signage, direct mail, or promotional materials Experience working with multiple brands or clients at the same time Knowledge of digital marketing and how design impacts campaign performance Ability to brainstorm and contribute new creative concepts To Apply Please submit your resume and portfolio for consideration.
