The ideal candidate will assist in the development of innovative design solutions across various projects. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about design and eager to grow their skills in a collaborative environment. You will work closely with senior designers and project managers to bring concepts to life using industry-standard software and tools. Responsibilities Supports the EVP Sales & Marketing in the creation and production of graphic design and creative projects in company's marketing department. Position duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Participate in the creation of original, trend-forward package designs to meet the needs of Star's retail partners. Must have previous packaging design experience. Create and update CADs to correspond with package design. Support the Sample Room Coordinator by printing labels as needed. Participate in collaborative team brainstorms as needed. Website design experience is a plus. Pre-press knowledge is a plus. Requirements

• Candidate should possess strong creative, graphic and product packaging design skills
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• MAC Compatible
• Well versed in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
• Should be detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• A proactive, self-starter who is able to take direction from multiple people
• Excellent planning and organization skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize various responsibilities and complete assignments in a timely manner
