Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize assembly processes and mechanical systems for maximum productivity. Monitor plant performance metrics regularly; prepare reports on key operational indicators for executive review. Qualifications Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment; prior plant management experience is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of

Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Excellent skills in production planning, operations management, and supply chain analytics.
