Job Description

Position Summary:
Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Produce graphic art for Station Casinos, Inc.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Station Casinos' " We Win Hearts " Company-wide culture and demonstrating Station Casinos' Championship Service Standards at all times. Receive art requests from all the Stations Casinos. Coordinate requests for production. Produce graphics, logos and original illustrations for various promotions. Photograph and scan various promotional items. Study the Las Vegas gaming climate to keep current with the look and feel of Station Casinos' advertising. Search and review new and interesting styles of advertising from various mediums. Keep current with technology that can assist the creative process. Other job related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form. Must have a full working knowledge of various programs including illustrator, Photoshop, ADOBE Creative suit, internet explorer, Macintosh operating system and HTML5. Must have degree in design or equivalent professional ad agency experience (2 to 4 years). Must be able to work under tight deadlines and work well with others. Must be at least 21 years of age.
Physical Requirements:
Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols. Requires manual dexterity.
Work Conditions:
Work is typically performed in an office environment. However, work may be conducted in the casino, which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, and may contain second hand smoke. Work may be performed in small areas with a 3 ft. wide access. Performance of job duties will require standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling and grasping. These tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned area. Tasks will also be performed from a sitting position. Work may entail trained chemical usage. Constant contact with fellow Team Members and Guests.
