It's just one reason why we're the leader in live events. Summary Responsible for day-to-day production within the Graphics Department. Manage, motivates, and support the staff daily, applying a team approach and maintaining open communication. Lead the graphics production team by fostering a culture of creativity and innovation, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. Oversee resource allocation and utilization to ensure optimal productivity and cost-effectiveness, while implementing systems to track project progress and maintain rigorous quality control standards. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills, providing mentorship and fostering a supportive environment for professional growth. Stay abreast of advancements in graphic design technology, integrating new tools into the workflow to ensure high-quality and efficient deliverables. Promote and maintain a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with all safety policies and regulations, holding self and team accountable, actively communicating safety expectations, and supporting continuous improvement in safety practices. This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of Anaheim, CA. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Works with Director Graphics Production to develop and maintain consistent processes and procedures for branch graphic production. Assists with staff scheduling as needed. Develops best practices/policies for graphic production. Assists with graphic production to maintain appropriate service levels. Maintains adequate material inventories for production needs. Reviews quality of products to ensure quality service levels. Monitors and reports measurable service quality improvements or lack thereof, and reports findings to management. Promotes a high standard of quality service for which Freeman is known. Has and maintains a thorough and up to date knowledge of the Company's graphic products, services and capabilities. Maintains personal workspace, documents and works-in-progress in a clean, organized fashion. Participates in and achieves superior performance in work related training programs as assigned by graphics manager. Requests additional training as needed. Adheres to and assures compliance of Company policies and procedures. Travel to show site when scheduled for supporting graphic needs. Works closely with Layout Specialist, Deployment, GAMs from planning through show close. Support CSM & Growth with graphics related questions and projects. Oversight of graphic invoicing verifying accuracy with services rendered. Communicate and reinforce company safety objectives, programs, and policies within the team. Ensure employees complete required training and understand their safety responsibilities. Maintain compliance with company safety policies and applicable OSHA regulations. Investigate and document workplace accidents, near misses, and hazards promptly, and implement corrective actions as needed. Lead by example by encouraging open communication on safety concerns and fostering accountability for maintaining a safe work environment.
