Remove and collect polyps as directed during procedures. Label and document procedural images. Document and process specimens accurately. Upload and maintain patient charts and procedure documentation. Prepare procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies. Support the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow. Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with departmental standards. Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and quality assurance protocols. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff to provide exceptional patient care. Perform in accordance with system-wide competencies and behaviors. Perform other duties as assigned.Responsibilities:
The Endoscopy Specialist, as an empowered team member must be optimistic, enthusiastic, and able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel. Must work collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team. Interacts with the patient in a friendly, courteous manner and respects the patient's inherent right to privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.Customer Service:
