We are a fast-paced, motorsports-focused print shop serving local powersports dealerships and community businesses. We specialize in high-impact custom screen printing, apparel, and promotional graphics, bringing bold designs to life for racing enthusiasts and local brands alike.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative, organized, and driven Graphic Artist with strong leadership skills to join our team. If you have a passion for bold visuals, motorsports culture, and print production—plus the ability to lead projects and guide workflow—this is the role for you. Prior experience in screen printing production or pre-press artwork setup is a major plus!

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality graphics and apparel designs for powersports dealers and local businesses. Prepare print-ready art files, color separations, and vector graphics optimized for screen printing. Lead and coordinate design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and shop quality standards are met. Collaborate closely with production staff, guiding art setup to ensure flawless execution on the press floor. Communicate directly with clients and team members to refine art briefs and solve design challenges effectively.

Qualifications:

Leadership Skills (A Must): Demonstrated ability to take ownership, prioritize workflows, guide junior staff or production team members, and communicate with authority and clarity.

Experience:

Several years of hands-on experience in graphic design and print production highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop are essential).

Industry Knowledge:

Understanding of vector artwork creation, color separation techniques, and screen printing production constraints.

Schedule & Compensation:

Hours:

Monday•Friday, 9:00 AM•5:00 PM (No weekend shifts!)

Pay Rate:

$20.00•$30.00 / hour (Commensurate with experience)
