Graphic Designer Drone Nerds, the leading enterprise drone solutions provider across the U.S., is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the development and execution of visual assets across digital, print, events, and other marketing channels. This role combines graphic design, digital content creation, and creative execution to support marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and ongoing brand initiatives. Objectives & ResponsibilitiesDesign & Creative Execution Design digital and print marketing collateral, including ad creatives, social media graphics, website graphics, email assets, data sheets, and other promotional materials. Develop creative assets for trade shows and company events, including banners, backdrops, signage, booth graphics, swag, handouts, and other event materials. Create and update graphics and visual content for the Drone Nerds enterprise website and other online experiences. Design and execute HubSpot landing pages, email communications, infographics, presentations, and other digital marketing materials. Create ad creatives in multiple formats and sizes for paid media campaigns across digital platforms. Create and edit video content and supporting visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives. Apply UX design principles to enhance user engagement, usability, and overall experience across platforms. Use AI-powered tools to support content creation, design ideation, image development, and creative production. Ensure creative assets consistently follow Drone Nerds' brand guidelines and visual identity across channels. Prepare and organize production-ready files for digital and print applications. Execute additional creative and marketing projects as needed based on evolving business and team needs. Collaboration & Communication Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives and creative briefs into effective visual assets. Work with internal stakeholders to gather content, product information, specifications, and other materials needed to complete creative projects. Coordinate with and manage external production vendors, including printing, signage, promotional product, and other creative vendors, to ensure accurate and timely production and delivery. Review proofs and production files to ensure quality, accuracy, brand consistency, and correct specifications before final production. Demonstrate strong attention to detail when reviewing designs, content, specifications, branding, links, and other elements before assets are finalized or published. Website & Marketing Support Update and maintain WordPress websites, including graphics, page content, and visual elements. Build and update landing pages, emails, forms, and other marketing assets within HubSpot. Resize, adapt, and optimize existing creative assets for different marketing channels and formats. Support the development of presentations, reports, sales materials, and internal communications that require strong visual design. Maintain an organized and up-to-date library of marketing and creative assets, including brand files, product images, logos, templates, partner assets, and other marketing materials. Ensure the latest versions of assets received from manufacturers and technology partners are properly saved, organized, labeled, and accessible to the marketing team. Regularly review creative files and asset libraries to replace outdated materials and maintain accurate, current versions. Follow consistent file naming, folder organization, and version-control practices across marketing assets. Creative Optimization Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative variations for campaigns and promotions. Incorporate feedback and performance insights into future creative iterations. Stay current on design trends, creative best practices, emerging technologies, and AI-powered tools to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of creative work. Skills & Qualifications 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a marketing, agency, or in-house creative environment. Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with digital and print design, marketing campaigns, and brand-focused creative work. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience designing digital advertising creatives, social media graphics, email assets, landing pages, and other marketing materials. Experience preparing files for professional printing and working with print specifications and production requirements. Working knowledge of WordPress and experience updating website content and visual assets. Working knowledge of HubSpot, including landing pages and marketing emails, preferred. Experience with AI-powered content creation and design tools, with the ability to use AI to support ideation, image creation, content development, and creative workflows. Strong attention to detail and ability to proof creative work for accuracy and consistency. Ability to manage multiple design assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive feedback and translate it into effective creative solutions. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Experience with video editing and motion graphics tools, such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, is a plus.
