Job Description

About the Position IP Marketing Solutions is looking for a creative, organized, and dependable Website Designer & Digital Content Specialist to join our team. The primary focus of this position is designing clean, professional, mobile-responsive websites for businesses in a wide variety of industries. This role will also assist with social media graphics and other digital design projects as needed. Our websites are built using a professional website-building platform. Previous experience with website builders or content management systems is helpful, but experience with our specific platform is not required. We are willing to train the right person who has strong design instincts, website-building experience, and the ability to quickly learn new technology. Primary Responsibilities Design and build professional websites using our agency's website-building platform Organize website content into clear, attractive, and user-friendly page layouts Design responsive pages that work correctly on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices Select and edit appropriate photos, graphics, icons, fonts, and other visual elements Research clients, their industries, competitors, services, products, and target audiences Use client-provided information, photos, branding, assets, and written instructions accurately Make revisions based on internal and client feedback Perform detailed quality checks before websites are submitted for approval or launched Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is helpful but not required: Professional website builders or content management systems Responsive website design and page-building tools Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud programs ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI-assisted creative tools Basic photo editing and graphic design Social media content creation and platform-specific design Website accessibility, usability, or search engine optimization Working in a marketing agency or managing projects for multiple clients Professional Expectations We work in a collaborative, deadline-driven agency environment where accuracy, communication, and accountability matter.
The ideal candidate will:
Communicate honestly and professionally with coworkers, supervisors, and clients Ask questions when instructions or information are unclear rather than making assumptions Follow established company procedures, project requirements, and client brand guidelines Be receptive to feedback and willing to revise work without becoming defensive Work collaboratively and respectfully as part of a small team Take ownership of assigned responsibilities, deadlines, and the quality of completed work Carefully review and quality-check work before submitting it for approval Be able to recognize areas where their work needs improvement and actively apply feedback Produce polished, professional work rather than submitting incomplete or rushed projects Maintain dependable attendance and arrive prepared to work as scheduled Be able to reliably report to our Gibson, Tennessee office Monday through Friday Strong creative ideas are encouraged, but candidates must also be able to follow project instructions, company processes, client requirements, and approved design direction.
