Job Description

The Graphic Design Intern will support the creative needs of the organization by assisting with the development, adaptation, and production of visual assets across a variety of platforms. This role offers hands-on experience working on real-world projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while gaining exposure to creative projects within the music and entertainment industry. Key Responsibilities Assist with the creation and adaptation of graphics for digital, social, print, presentation, event, and internal communication needs. Resize, reformat, and update existing creative assets for use across multiple platforms and specifications. Support the development of graphics for events, campaigns, presentations, social media, and organizational initiatives. Maintain brand consistency across creative materials while following established brand guidelines. Collaborate with internal departments to understand project needs, timelines, and deliverables. Assist with preparing and organizing design files for external vendors and production partners. Make revisions to creative materials based on feedback from internal stakeholders. Organize and maintain digital design files, templates, photography, and other creative assets. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for projects and campaigns. Assist the creative team with additional projects and production needs as assigned. Ideal Candidate Currently pursuing or recently completed coursework in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual design principles. Ability to adapt creative concepts across multiple formats, sizes, and platforms. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative environment. Comfortable receiving feedback and incorporating revisions into creative work. Interest in music, entertainment, live events, or nonprofit/association work is a plus.
