Responsibilities:

Provide attentive and compassionate care to patients and their families in a Neuro Med/Surg unit. Perform basic nursing procedures including starting IVs, wound care, and maintaining surgical drains, nasogastric and chest tubes. Accurately document patient care using the Meditech system. Collaborate with healthcare team members to prioritize patient care and ensure safety. Support the unit's quality standards, including patient experience and safety protocols.
