Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
This role will support the creation of store-ready visual merchandising communications, execution guides, and digital design assets that enable consistent retail execution across stores. This role is responsible for transforming merchandising strategies, planograms, store layouts, and retail initiatives into visually compelling and easy-to-understand materials that clearly communicate execution expectations to store teams. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with experience in 2D and 3D rendering, retail environments, space planning, and digital asset management. This individual will partner closely with Visual Merchandising, Retail Brand Standards, Store Design, and cross-functional stakeholders to create high-quality visual communications that improve clarity, execution, and the overall customer experience.Qualifications:
Graphic design portfolio showcasing retail work Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines A retail design or visual merchandising background who can create renderings and polished execution guides, rather than a traditional graphic designer focused solely on marketing or brand creative. Visual Communication & Graphic Design Expertise (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma) 2D/3D Visualization & Rendering Experience (Blender, SketchUp, 3ds Max)Experience Creating Installation Guides, Playbooks & Communication Decks Strong Organizational & Project Management Skills Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication Skills Benefits:
