- Visual Communication & Graphic Design Expertise (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma)
- 2D/3D Visualization & Rendering Experience (Blender, SketchUp, 3ds Max)
- Experience Creating Installation Guides, Playbooks & Communication Decks
- Strong Organizational & Project Management Skills
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
- Retail design or visual merchandising background
- Ability to create renderings and polished execution guides
- Graphic design portfolio showcasing retail work
Job Overview:
This role will support the creation of store-ready visual merchandising communications, execution guides, and digital design assets that enable consistent retail execution across stores.Responsibilities:
- This role is responsible for transforming merchandising strategies, planograms, store layouts, and retail initiatives into visually compelling and easy-to-understand materials that clearly communicate execution expectations to store teams.
- The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with experience in 2D and 3D rendering, retail environments, space planning, and digital asset management.
- This individual will partner closely with Visual Merchandising, Retail Brand Standards, Store Design, and cross-functional stakeholders to create high-quality visual communications that improve clarity, execution, and the overall customer experience.
