Role Summary:
The Production Graphic Designer serves as the operational bridge between upstream strategy and creative execution, transforming recurring marketing initiatives into scalable, high-performing design solutions. This role is responsible for adapting established creative concepts into efficient, on-brand assets across print and digital channels while maintaining consistency, quality, and speed. The ideal candidate excels at asset production, template creation, workflow optimization, and design system implementation. They are highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about building modular design solutions that enable teams to work more efficiently while ensuring a consistent brand experience across every touchpoint.Responsibilities:
Adapt approved creative concepts into production-ready assets across digital, print, email, social, in-theater, and marketing channels. Build, maintain, and optimize scalable templates, modular design systems, and repeatable production workflows. Create and manage production files, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards. Reports to the Creative Brand Manager and partners with Art Directors, Project Managers, Stake Holders and Channel Owners to execute creative initiatives efficiently and effectively. Maintain and organize creative assets, templates, and file structures within digital asset management systems and shared servers. Implement quality control processes to ensure all deliverables meet brand, technical, and production requirements. Develop self-service tools, resource libraries, and production documentation that improve team efficiency and consistency. Prepare and package final artwork for a variety of mediums, including print, digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and in-theater experiences. Support external vendors and production partners by providing accurate files, specifications, and creative assets. Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline production workflows through emerging technologies and software tools. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate project updates, production requirements, and workflow improvements.Requirements:
3+ years of professional graphic design or production design experience in an agency, studio, in-house creative team, or related environment. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in production design, template development, and brand execution across multiple channels. Experience working within established brand guidelines and scalable design systems. Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and quality control. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and consistency. Proficient in Mac-based Adobe Creative Cloud and AI-powered creative tools. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and collaborative workflow tools. Experience preparing files for both print and digital production. Understanding of digital marketing, email design, social media assets, and production best practices. Familiarity with digital asset management systems and file organization standards. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Curiosity for emerging technologies, automation tools, and AI-enhanced creative workflows.
