Graphic Designer Responsibilities:
  • You'll work closely with the marketing and content teams to create designs that reflect our brand and enhance the user experience within the app
  • Design and update app listings for venues
  • Develop and execute graphic design projects that align with our mission, vision, and values across both print and digital platforms
  • Create visually compelling design assets including social media graphics, flyers, brochures, event materials, email headers, and other marketing collateral as needed
  • Collaborate with the social media team to produce on-brand visual content tailored to each platform's specifications and audience
  • Support the development and maintenance of our visual brand standards, ensuring consistency in typography, color, imagery, and layout across all university materials
  • Assist in building and executing design components of content calendars, coordinating deliverables around campaigns, events, and key university dates
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing workload to meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality
  • Work directly with the project contact throughout the design process, maintaining clear communication and actively collaborating during the proofing and revision stages to ensure the final product meets project expectations and requirements
  • Assist in preparing print-ready files and coordinating with vendors for printed materials when
Graphic Designer Qualifications:
  • Must have demonstrated skills in graphic design including layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling across print and digital formats
  • Must have demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
  • Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of creative
  • Strong visual communication skills with the ability to translate concepts and messaging into compelling design
  • Excellent organizational and project management
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design software
Educational Background:
A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
