This position is ideal for someone looking for a flexible part-time opportunity who enjoys turning ideas into finished, production-ready artwork. The right candidate will be comfortable working independently, communicating with customers and team members, and taking a project from an initial concept or customer-provided image through final artwork and film-ready production files . Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is essential. Responsibilities Create and modify artwork using Adobe Illustrator Take customer ideas, sketches, logos, or images and turn them into clean, production-ready designs Prepare artwork from concept through final film/output Recreate, clean up, trace, vectorize, and adjust customer-supplied artwork when needed Create one-color and multi-color designs for apparel and other printed products Separate artwork and prepare files properly for production Review designs for sizing, placement, color, and overall print quality Communicate effectively with customers and team members to understand design requests and make necessary revisions Manage multiple projects while meeting production deadlines Organize and maintain artwork and production files Assist with other graphic design and production-related projects as needed Qualifications & Skills Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator Understanding of vector artwork, layers, paths, typography, color, and file preparation Ability to take artwork from an initial idea or image through finished, film-ready production files Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to listen to customer requests and translate them into effective designs Comfortable making revisions and receiving feedback Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Dependable, organized, and able to meet deadlines Experience with screen printing, apparel decorating, color separations, prepress, or print production is a plus, but we are willing to consider candidates with strong Illustrator skills who are eager to learn our production process.
