If you want to work in a fast paced boutique Design firm with amazing clients, a unique vibe, and work that challenges you to level up then Maker might be the right place for you. At Maker, we are looking for a senior level or staff level graphic designer that is passionate, creative, and gregarious. This individual will be focused on a range of projects ranging from campaign conceptualization, print/digital layouts and content creation that will shape the narratives and the brands of our clients. You will work closely with cross-discipline team members to help bring our ideas to life through sketching, mood boarding and iterative processes. Our clients range from large scale Fortune 500 companies to small startups eager to make their mark in the world. We are looking for a graphic designer that is empathetic and willing to learn while inspiring others with their love of craft. This crucial team member must be an excellent graphic designer that has their core skills in check and is continuously pushing their game to the next level. This person must be proactive and looking to understand what it means to be on trend. Always learning and implementing what makes life beautiful in their work. This Maker is not afraid to challenge themselves and is meticulous. Must have an optimistic attitude and can handle the stress that comes with excellence. This person must be able to take direction and critique then translate those inputs into visuals that resonate with the clients and Maker leadership. We want a person that can handle times of ambiguity by having a proactive mindset. This person needs to understand when to be confident and when to be humble (ie. strong EQ). They will possess the ability to manage design workflows and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within the high expectations of the project.

Oversee creative projects as needed to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met. This is a full time position with benefits. The position is based in the Milwaukee area.
