  • Role / responsibilities Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, including budget, schedule, and client communication Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors across civil, structural, mechanical, and specialty scopes Oversee procurement, submittals, RFIs, and contract administration Lead project meetings and maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and vendors Track costs, forecast budgets, and ensure projects stay aligned with financial goals Work closely with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule performance Navigate projects that include underground systems, infrastructure work, and regulatory requirements Desired qualifications 5+ years of experience in project management with a general contractor Background in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure-related construction Experience with design-build or technically complex scopes is preferred Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and keep projects moving in remote or logistically challenging environments Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and contract management Comfortable working on projects that may include fuel systems, utilities, or regulated environments A bit about us:•We're a privately held, Alaska-based general contractor with design-build capabilities, supporting a mix of commercial construction, fuel system installations, and environmental/compliance-driven work.
