This role is ideal for a hands-on architect who enjoys producing construction documents, managing projects from concept through permitting, and collaborating closely with clients, engineers, municipalities, and construction teams. This is a highly visible position within a collaborative, team-oriented environment where you will work directly with company leadership and play an important role in shaping industrial and commercial projects. The organization offers a supportive, practical, and fast-moving workplace where architects can take ownership, wear multiple hats, and contribute throughout the full project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in industrial facility design, including manufacturing facilities, warehouses, distribution centers, fabrication facilities, and other light industrial projects. This opportunity is well suited for someone who values teamwork, accountability, technical quality, and direct involvement in both design and construction coordination. Key Responsibilities Lead architectural projects from conceptual design through permitting and construction support. Produce complete construction documents and detailed drawing sets using AutoCAD. Design industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, fabrication, and commercial facilities. Coordinate directly with clients, municipalities, consultants, and structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering teams. Manage multiple projects while maintaining schedules, budgets, code compliance, and quality standards. Support construction teams with drawing revisions, RFIs, field coordination, and construction administration needs.
Compensation and Benefits Salary range:
$80,000 to $100,000 per year.
