Duties:

Perform tooling validation and troubleshoot tool room issues. Process data layouts for use in wire electrical discharge machining and computer numerical control machining. Creating and modifying internal product drawings for inspection and other purposes. Designing fixtures, gauges, and other custom tooling or equipment. Designing and creating physical prototypes. Reviewing customer drawings and specifications for manufacturing feasibility. Initiating and coordinating the engineering change order process relating to engineering documentation. Participating in tooling kickoff, specification review, design review, and lessons learned meetings.
