This role will contribute to end-to-end product design across a variety of digital products, helping deliver intuitive, accessible, and compliant healthcare experiences. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end product design from discovery through delivery, translating business, regulatory, and user requirements into accessible, responsive digital solutions. Apply service design methodologies to map complex healthcare ecosystems, collaborating closely with product and business stakeholders to optimize end-to-end flows and pinpoint structural improvements. Synthesize user needs using frameworks like Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) to streamline fragmented clinical systems, reduce "swivel" between disparate tools, and embed customized, cohesive solutions directly into existing workflows. Design proactive, empathetic experiences that alleviate member anxiety and administrative burden during critical healthcare journeys—such as care coordination, diagnostic scheduling, and equipment access. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UIs, leveraging, extending, and contributing to established design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products. Ensure all designs meet WCAG accessibility standards and actively incorporate user research insights and analytics for iterative improvements. Requirements 3-6 years of professional UX/Product Design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating shipped digital products. Strong hands-on Design Systems experience, including designing within established systems, working with reusable components and patterns, and contributing to or extending component libraries. Experience designing for complex, regulated healthcare ecosystems, with a strong preference for backgrounds in Medicare Advantage, health insurance, or clinical platforms. Proven ability to untangle complex workflows and multi-system processes, specifically within cross-functional agile teams. Proficiency in Figma and digital whiteboarding tools, combined with robust communication and technical documentation skills. Nice to Have Familiarity with CMS-driven experiences. Experience planning and conducting generative and evaluative research.
