Position Title :

Nail Designer & Product Development Coordinator General Responsibilities:

1. Design and create nail tips and sample boards 2. Create original nail art designs and sticker concepts 3. Evaluate incoming design samples and collaborate closely with factory partners 4. Coordinate communication and follow-ups with overseas factories, vendors, and internal cross- functional teams 5. Conduct regular product testing and evaluations to ensure product performance, quality, and safety 6. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop new product concepts based on market trends, customer feedback, and brand vision 7. Support the product development team throughout all stages of product creation and launch 8. Prepare and maintain product development documentation, including specifications, design files, BOMs, and product information sheets 9. Maintain accurate records of product development status, sample inventory, and project updates

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related field  Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; candidates skilled in both programs are strongly preferred  Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously  Creative mindset with a keen eye for trends, innovation, and detail  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
