You will bring your excellent design skills and experience developing creative solutions across a broad range of channels with a background in digital and print brand assets. Our ideal candidate is organized, motivated, flexible, and a strong communicator. You bring a solid ability and understanding of design, with a sharp attention to detail and dedication to the brand. This position reports to the Senior Art Director. This is a temporary, full-time, hybrid in-office position located in Redwood City, CA, which will require you to work three days in-office. This role is a temporary opportunity with an expected end date of April 2027. What you'll do: Consistently deliver exceptional visual design with laser focus optimizing design within the project guidelines and parameters Manage multiple priorities / projects under tight deadlines, working independently and / or with the design team and cross functional partners Collaborate in brainstorming, concepting and executing designs for CPG, print and production. Ensure visuals and messaging are consistent and accurate across all platforms Supports professional development within the team through active discussion and feedback; helps to coach and develop other designers Understanding of team's priorities and business impact of the design team's work Stay informed of the latest design trends and bring insights to the team Demonstrated ability to present design solutions to internal and cross stakeholders, including leadership What you bring to the table: Bachelor's degree in Web/Graphic Design or equivalent work experience 3+ years in a design-related field An online portfolio Passion for design Knowledge of design standards and best practices Proficient in Figma, Adobe Suite, Sketch, Zeplin, and the ability to produce organized files Impeccable eye for detail and consistency Self organization, ability to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, manage expectations and meet deadlines

Where an individual falls within that range will vary based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on candidate qualifications and experience, applicable skills, and other job-related factors.
