The ideal candidate will have experience working in a regulated environment and a strong understanding of FDA, ISO, QMS, and company labeling requirements. This role will collaborate closely with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, R D, Marketing, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure labeling and packaging materials are accurate, compliant, visually consistent, and production-ready. Key Responsibilities Develop and modify labeling materials including product labels, carton graphics, implant cards, patient leaflets, inserts, and other related materials . Ensure labeling complies with applicable FDA, regulatory, legal, ISO, QMS, SOP, and company requirements . Lead and/or support cross-functional teams in collecting, reviewing, and translating labeling content into functional and production-ready layouts. Utilize labeling, graphic design, illustration, and desktop publishing software to create and maintain labeling and packaging artwork. Support labeling requirements for both commercialized products and new product development (NPD) programs. Develop, maintain, and manage labeling changes through the approved document management and change-control systems . Design product labeling with consideration for: Product identification Global/worldwide regulatory requirements Branding standards Aesthetic quality Printing requirements Production and manufacturing techniques Manage multiple labeling and packaging projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines and priorities. Support company initiatives related to the Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and other regulatory requirements . Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, ISO standards, company policies, SOPs, work instructions, and applicable regulatory requirements . Assist with the design and development of packaging prototypes and provide labeling support for R D builds. Participate in Voice of Customer (VOC) activities and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) when required. Develop, maintain, and manage packaging graphics and labeling artwork using electronic desktop publishing and graphic design tools. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve labeling, artwork, regulatory, and production-related issues. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Technical Communications, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field , or equivalent experience. Experience developing medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated product labeling . Knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO standards, QMS, and controlled-document processes . Experience with graphic design, illustration, labeling, or desktop publishing software. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify labeling, formatting, and content issues. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams . Preferred Qualifications Experience with medical device packaging and labeling . Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop , or similar tools. Experience with labeling change control and document management systems . Knowledge of packaging production, printing processes, and artwork specifications. Experience supporting R D/new product development builds . Experience working with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, R D, Marketing, and Manufacturing teams . Familiarity with global labeling requirements and international product launches.

Key Skills Pay:
