1. Serve as the Single Threaded Leader for operational growth and performance initiatives 2. Remove bottlenecks and accelerate the expansion of operational capacity. 3. Evaluate performance objectives and metrics across the network to proactively identify process improvement opportunities. 4. Identify key risks across the operation; build and execute a prioritized roadmap of mitigation and contingency plans. 5. Own cost reduction initiatives for sustaining processes. 6. Experience must include:

1) 3 years of experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems including robotics and high-speed manufacturing. 2) 3 years of experience with process design based on Lean Principles 3) 3 years of experience in system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, system analyses, statistical analyses, reliability analyses, and decision making. 4) 3 years of experience in management of engineering design projects. 5) 3 years of experience using quantitative and qualitative data to drive improvements. The pay range for this position in Bellevue, WA is $153858

• $178800 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
