Global collaboration:

You will work directly with international Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams. What You'll Do Design and draw new and existing trailer/RV components using Autodesk Inventor. Partner with Sales to develop new product designs from the ground up. Support testing, approvals, and the rollout of new products into U.S. production. Own warranty claims end-to-end — investigating issues and coordinating with external stakeholders. Open and drive Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCARs) through to timely closure. Lead root cause analysis and ensure corrective actions actually stick. Review quality documentation to make sure everything shipped meets our standards. What You'll Bring 3-5 years of experience in drafting or a similar engineering role. Solid grounding in common engineering terms and manufacturing principles. Hands-on CAD drawing experience (Autodesk Inventor a plus). Background in light-engineering manufacturing (automotive/trailer) is a bonus, not a requirement. Be familiar with stamping, bending, welding, machining, casting, plastic molding, forging, and more. Sharp attention to detail and strong written/verbal English communication. A self-starter mindset — someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and doesn't need handholding. Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in a small team. Willing to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on when the job calls for it. Flexibility to occasionally connect outside standard hours with our overseas Head Office and global stakeholders. Ready to Apply?
