Job Description

Job description: We are a growing luxury residential custom home builder and commercial contractor seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead high-end residential/commercial projects from concept through installation. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys balancing creativity with technical execution and wants to work on fully customized homes integrating interior design, lighting, and smart home technology. You will be responsible for transforming client visions into reality by designing high-end residential or commercial spaces. You will lead projects through all stages, ensuring every design is safe, functional, and visually compelling. You'll work on fully custom luxury residences featuring integrated lighting, architectural detailing, smart home automation, and bespoke millwork. We do offer growth opportunities for an experienced applicant! We also offer project-based bonus opportunities.
Key Responsibilities Concept Development :
Create detailed design concepts, mood boards, and space plans that align with client goals. Drive design standards and processes.
Technical Documentation :
Produce high-quality drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
FF&E Selection :
Source and select furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), ensuring high standards of quality and style.
Project Management :
Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Oversee junior designers. Coordinate with architects and construction teams.
Client Collaboration :
Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and professional presentations. Lead client presentations and design direction. Site visits during construction. Final styling/install coordination. Participate in business development or client acquisition.
Qualifications Education :
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
Experience :
3-5+ years of relevant experience in residential or commercial design. Experience with construction administration, specifically coordinating with architects, project managers, and trades preferred.
Software Skills :
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Technical Knowledge :
Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and material properties.
Certification :

$85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
