Overview At Together Home Design Studio, we believe the most beautiful homes feel collected, timeless, and deeply personal. We specialize in luxury residential interiors throughout Marin and the San Francisco Bay Area, blending classic architecture, artisan craftsmanship, and California ease to create homes that are both elevated and livable. We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer who is eager to learn, enjoys solving problems, and loves the behind-the-scenes work that brings exceptional homes to life. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their interior design career who wants hands-on experience working on custom residential projects from concept through installation. Responsibilities Assist in conceptualizing interior design concepts that align with client needs and project goals Support the development of detailed layout plans, mood boards, and presentation materials using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp Contribute to material selection, color schemes, and finishes that enhance aesthetic appeal and functionality Prepare visual presentations incorporating hand-drawn illustrations, digital art, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas effectively Collaborate with team members on technical drawings, CAD models, and layout designs for construction documentation Participate in site visits to gather measurements, assess space conditions, and support project implementation Help organize project files, maintain design archives, and assist with client presentations to ensure seamless workflow We're Looking For Someone Who Has 1-3 years of interior design experience or recently graduated from an accredited interior design program Is proficient in AutoCAD (required) Is comfortable using SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software Has a strong eye for design, scale, and proportion Loves organization and pays close attention to detail Is resourceful, proactive, and willing to figure things out Communicates professionally and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team Has reliable transportation and can work from our San Anselmo studio Bonus Qualifications Experience with luxury residential interior design Familiarity with Studio Designer, Programa, or similar project management software Knowledge of furniture, lighting, plumbing, and finish vendors Experience creating construction drawing sets Why Join Together Home Design Studio?
