Job Description
Be the Creative Voice and the Single Point of Contact for Our Clients XLNC Builder LLC is looking for a creative, detail-driven Interior Designer who can own the client relationship from the first meeting to final design handoff — while working hand-in-hand with our design team to bring projects to life across ADUs, single-family homes, kitchens, bathrooms, landscaping, and full remodels. What You'll Own End-to-end customer coordination — you're the single point of contact from start to finish Collaborate as part of a 3-4 person interior design team to create design packages on time Build estimates and manage project budgets Lead design meetings, understand customer requirements, and translate them into creative, functional interiors Read and interpret construction drawings Create before-and-after construction drawings following client meetings Regular, consistent follow-up with customers throughout the project Record videos for Instagram and help build the company's brand presence, including customer testimonials Opportunity to get involved in sales — commission paid if motivated to pursue it What Makes You a Fit Highly creative with a strong eye for interior design and space planning Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD Sales experience in ADU, single-family residential, bathroom, kitchen, landscaping, or remodel projects Strong team player who thrives working closely with other designers Comfortable being on camera for social content and building client-facing brand presence Organized and able to manage multiple client relationships and design packages simultaneously Flexible availability, including weekends, to meet client scheduling needs and close sales Why This Role Is Worth It Real ownership of the client relationship and creative process, not just one piece of it Work across a wide variety of high-value residential project types Grow your presence as a creator/designer through company-backed social content Uncapped upside — sales commission available if you want to grow into that side of the business
