In this role, you will combine creative vision with strong project management skills to deliver exceptional spaces that meet client expectations, building code requirements, and budget parameters. You will coordinate design development, manage client communication, and oversee construction documentation to ensure seamless project execution. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse renovation and remodeling projects while utilizing cutting-edge design software and technical expertise. Duties Develop comprehensive interior design concepts for residential projects, incorporating color theory, lighting design, and spatial planning Manage all phases of project delivery, including initial client consultations, design development, construction documentation, and final installation Create detailed drawings using AutoCAD. Revit, SketchUp, or other CAD software for accurate construction detailing and presentations and AI a plus. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, present design options via CAD presentations, and manage ongoing communication throughout the project lifecycle Oversee construction detail documentation, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and coordinate renovation or remodeling activities to ensure quality standards are met Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery within scope Experience Salary to be determined based on experience level and bonuses are based on initiative and skills. Proven experience managing residential (and some commercial if experienced interior design projects from concept through construction completion at Level 2 or 3 proficiency Strong proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, AI Demonstrated ability in drafting detailed construction documents and building code compliance analysis Excellent client communication skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards Familiarity with managing contracts, budgeting processes, and coordinating with vendors or contractors for remodeling or renovation projects Join us if you're passionate about transforming spaces through innovative design solutions!
