• We're looking for a barista who likes people as much as coffee. The Village Hub is a real coffee bar with a garden courtyard
• espresso, drip, pastries, dogs under the table, neighbors who stay and talk.

You'll be on bar: making drinks, running the register, keeping the space welcoming, and helping guests feel at home. This is cafe work first. We're also a church cafe. The Hub is Woodside Village Church's coffee bar, and this role is a church staff position. Guests of every background are welcome here. The team itself is Christian

Hours and pay:

Part-time and/or full-time. Weekday and weekend shifts. Some Sundays are part of the rotation (on and off

• not every Sunday, but Sundays matter here). $18-20/hr to start, and that includes tips
• all-in typically over $25/hour. What you'll do:
• Pull shots, steam milk, make drinks to Hub standards
• Ring up orders and keep the line moving
• Restock dairy, cups, pastry case; wipe down bar and outdoor tables
• Open and/or close the coffee bar on your scheduled days
• Represent a warm cafe experience for every guest You'll be a good fit if you:
• Love being on a coffee bar and learning drinks well
• Show up reliably and can get to Woodside (3154 Woodside Rd)
• Are 18+, fine getting ServSafe in your first month, and okay with phones off the floor while you're working
• Can do some Sundays on the rotating schedule
• Are a Christian actively following Jesus, and you're glad to say so
• we want teammates who share that, because this is church work as well as coffee work Cafe or barista experience is a plus.

A warm presence and a teachable spirit matter more than perfect latte art on day one.
