About the Position We are looking for a Kitchen & Bath Designer / Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Lake Mary, Florida. This is a customer-facing position combining kitchen and bathroom design with customer service . We are looking for someone who enjoys working with homeowners and has hands-on experience using 2020 Design software. 2020 Design experience is required for this position. Responsibilities Create kitchen and bathroom designs using 2020 Design Develop layouts, elevations and renderings based on measurements and customer needs Make design revisions as projects develop Assist customers with kitchen and bathroom design ideas and product selections Greet and assist customers visiting our showroom Answer incoming calls and customer inquiries Schedule customer appointments Follow up with prospective and existing customers Maintain professional and timely communication with customers Coordinate with our sales, design and project teams Help provide an excellent customer experience from the initial inquiry through the design process Qualifications Hands-on experience with 2020 Design software —

Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly and professional demeanor Good organizational and follow-up skills Attention to detail Ability to manage multiple customers and design projects Comfortable working directly with homeowners in a showroom environment Experience with kitchen and bathroom remodeling, cabinetry, countertops, tile, flooring, plumbing fixtures or appliances is a plus. Pay:
