This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of interior design experience who is looking to grow their career in the luxury residential design industry. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while providing administrative, procurement, and project support to our Senior Interior Designers. What You'll Do As the Design Assistant, you will: Price FF&E and verify product availability for client projects. Review order confirmations to ensure pricing, specifications, and quantities are accurate. Track project orders and proactively expedite deliveries to meet installation deadlines. Coordinate scheduling with subcontractors, vendors, and internal delivery teams. Assist with project installations and coordinate any resulting punch list items. Prepare presentation boards, presentation pages, furniture books, and other client presentation materials. Maintain organized project files and procurement documentation. Provide administrative support to Senior Interior Designers throughout all phases of the design process. Communicate professionally with vendors, clients, and internal team members. Perform additional project coordination and administrative duties as needed. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities while providing exceptional administrative, procurement, and design support to the team. Qualifications 1-2 years of Interior Design experience or an Interior Design Degree (Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with high-volume data entry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize changing workloads and meet deadlines. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong work ethic, professionalism, and a positive attitude. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to transport samples and visit project sites. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
