Job Summary We are seeking an experienced (3+ years) creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has experience with residential construction projects and build outs. We are in need of someone with AutoCAD experience that can jump into multiple design projects immediately. The ideal candidate will have a passion for transforming spaces and a strong understanding of design principles. This role involves collaborating with clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing interiors that meet their needs and preferences. The Interior Designer will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all designs align with the client's vision while adhering to budgetary constraints. Duties Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, requirements, and budget. Create detailed design plans using CAD software, Revit, and 3ds Max to visualize concepts. Develop mood boards and presentations using Adobe Creative Suite to communicate design ideas effectively. Oversee remodeling and renovation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently throughout the design process. Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather inspiration for design solutions. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative design solutions. Build relationships with vendors and contractors to source materials and coordinate project execution. Experience 3+ Years proven experience in interior design or a related field is mandatory. Proficiency in CAD software, Revit, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of budgeting practices related to interior design projects. Sales experience is a plus for effectively communicating value propositions to clients. A portfolio showcasing previous work in interior design is highly desirable.
