Overview We are seeking a dynamic and talented Residential Remodeling Kitchen and Bathroom Designer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will lead the creative process of transforming residential spaces by designing functional, stylish, and personalized kitchens and bathrooms. Your expertise will help clients realize their dream interiors through detailed planning, cutting-edge 3D modeling, and seamless project management. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for kitchen and bathroom remodels. Develop comprehensive design concepts using CAD software such as 20-20 ensuring alignment with client expectations and building codes. Create detailed construction documentation, including drawings, specifications, and construction details that facilitate smooth project execution. Produce high-quality 3D renderings and visual presentations using 20-20 software to communicate design ideas effectively. Manage multiple residential interior design projects from concept through completion while coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely delivery. Conduct building code analysis to ensure designs are compliant with local regulations and safety standards. Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources while maintaining clear communication with clients about progress and expectations. Incorporate lighting design principles and color theory into remodel plans to enhance aesthetic appeal and functionality. Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools for accurate modeling of remodeling projects that integrate structural and architectural elements seamlessly. Assist in sales efforts by presenting design proposals confidently and managing client relationships throughout the remodeling process. Experience Proven experience in residential interior design with a focus on kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. Strong proficiency in 20-20 design software for kitchen and bathroom. Demonstrated ability to produce detailed construction documentation including construction details and building code compliance reports. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction. Knowledge of building codes, renovation processes, construction details, lighting sales, and remodeling best practices. Background in project management—coordinating schedules, budgets, contractors—and ensuring seamless communication between all stakeholders. Familiarity with20-20 design software for creating compelling visual presentations that help clients visualize their remodeled spaces. Strong understanding of interior design principles such as color theory, lighting design, space planning, and material selection. $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
