Our focus is on thoughtful design that embraces the three disciplines of architecture, interior design and landscape design. We're seeking a creative, independent mid-level interior designer to join our team. As a nationally recognized leader in senior living, our work encompasses a broad range of project types that blend elements of hospitality, residential and healthcare design, along with food service, fitness and performing arts. Our office is located in Cherry Hill, NJ, with convenient access to Route 295, the New Jersey Turnpike, and Philadelphia—connecting you to a dynamic and thriving regional design community. A background in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality markets with the ability to detail interior architecture are skills we highly value. We are looking for a team member who has experience working independently from concept to procurement. Responsibilities include design, preparation of presentations, material and product research, FF&E selections, design and construction documentation, finish specifications, and product vendor updates.
Additional Requirements:
  • Interior Design degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a design firm, with a strong background in project design and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills with owners and contractors, along with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • Advanced technical skills in developing detailed design and construction documents, as well as creating compelling design presentations
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and Photoshop.
