We're seeking a creative, independent mid-level interior designer to join our team. As a nationally recognized leader in senior living, our work encompasses a broad range of project types that blend elements of hospitality, residential and healthcare design, along with food service, fitness and performing arts. A background in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality markets with the ability to detail interior architecture are skills we highly value. We are looking for a team member who has experience working independently from concept to procurement. Responsibilities include design, preparation of presentations, material and product research, FF&E selections, design and construction documentation, finish specifications, and product vendor updates.

Additional Requirements:

• Interior Design degree.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a design firm, with a strong background in project design and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills with owners and contractors, along with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
• Advanced technical skills in developing detailed design and construction documents, as well as creating compelling design presentations
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and Photoshop.
