This person will serve as the operational backbone of the studio, ensuring projects stay on track, deadlines are met, communication is clear, and the team has the systems and support needed to work efficiently. The ideal candidate has experience working within the interior design industry and understands the unique workflow of a design firm, including procurement, vendors, client communication, project timelines, installations, and the many moving parts involved in high-end residential projects. This is not a design position. The Operations Manager will not be responsible for creating interiors or design concepts, but must understand the design process and be comfortable working closely with designers. This is all an in office position, not remote or hybrid.
