Job Description

Kitchen Designer & Sales Specialist We are seeking an experienced and confident Kitchen Designer & Sales Specialist to join our showroom in Spring Valley, NY. The ideal candidate can guide customers through the entire process—from the initial consultation and design stage to closing and signing the contract.
Location:
Spring Valley, NY — On-site at the showroom
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (or 9:00 AM-5:00 PM); Friday, 9:00 AM-1:00
PM Salary:
$80,000-$140,000 annually, based on experience Responsibilities Meet with customers to understand their style, needs, space, and budget Create functional and visually appealing custom kitchen designs Prepare layouts, presentations, quotations, and design revisions Confidently lead customers through the design and sales process Recommend suitable cabinetry, finishes, materials, and features Follow up with prospective customers and address their questions Manage each customer from the initial consultation through the signed contract Maintain accurate project details and customer records Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth project handoff Qualifications At least 3-5 years of kitchen design and sales experience Experience designing custom kitchens Proficiency in 2020 Design or AutoKitchen Strong sales, communication, presentation, and customer-service skills Confident in leading consultations, making recommendations, and closing sales Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple customers and projects Ability to work on-site during the required showroom hours No certifications or professional licenses are required. Relevant experience is essential.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
