We are seeking an Interior Designer to join our growing business!
Responsibilities:
Works independently and collaboratively with internal and external partners to develop interior space solutions to meet customer needs Develops libraries of curated products and solutions informed by commercial furnishing trends and typologies Frequently collaborates with Sales, Coordination, and Project Management teams, as well as Design Leadership, Strategic Sourcing, and Marketing Involved in design projects and related tasks from inception to final installation
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, AA degree, or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school will be considered Knowledge of state and federal building codes Proficient in a variety of software: AutoCAD, Sketch
UP, 20/20
CAP, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Experience with CET is a PLUS! Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Requires the ability to be optimistic, independent, and forward-thinking Must be a highly creative problem solver with a drive for change Must believe in the ability of physical space to have a positive impact on the lives of others and possess an appreciation for Design Principles and Design Thinking Methodology Requires extreme attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven industry Must have critical and creative thinking ability Ability to be socially poised with an outgoing and fast thinking personality to provide exceptional customer service to internal staff and clients Good time management skills, ability to multi-task, and take ownership for project deliverables Willingness to take direction and learn from others Ability to draw/sketch by hand Complex reading and writing skills, basic math skills
