Overview:

As an Interior Designer, you will lead the creative and operational aspects of interior spaces, collaborating closely with tenants, architects, and vendors to deliver high-quality results. Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of commercial interior design principles and space planning. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and MicroStation. Experience developing design concepts, space plans, and finish selections. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines. Familiarity with building codes, accessibility, and safety standards. Bachelor's degree in interior design or interior architecture. 3-5 years of relevant commercial interior design experience. Have Skills:

Experience with tenant improvement projects. Knowledge of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) planning. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. Experience preparing detailed construction documents for commercial spaces.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in interior design or interior architecture. 3-5 years of professional experience in commercial settings, especially tenant improvements. NCIDQ certification or working toward certification.

Other Requirements:

In-office only position. Willingness to travel locally to project sites as needed. No Visa Sponsorship available.
