What You'll Do:
Collaborate with customers to guide them through the selections process using company standards and tools Customize our existing plans by making approved changes based on customer needs and your design expertise Visualize and explain spatial changes clearly, both internally and to customers Work with the drafting team to translate customer ideas into clear, buildable drawings Create selections for spec homes that align with our brand and design style Document all decisions accurately and use our ERP system, ThreadKore , to keep everything organized and communicated across departments Support customers with common sense solutions—offering alternatives when needed and knowing when to say no with professionalism You'll be a great fit if you: Love design but don't need total creative freedom to be satisfied Have a good eye, strong spatial thinking, and practical instincts Enjoy helping customers feel confident without getting overwhelmed Bring structure to your work and communicate clearly with multiple teams Like solving problems, thinking critically, and figuring things out as you go Are comfortable learning new systems and keeping detailed recordsWhat You Bring:
Experience in residential interior design, plan development, or selections coordination Confidence reading and making changes to floor plans Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, 20/20
Design,Revit, or similar design software Strong communication skills and customer service instincts Comfort with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and learning new platforms like ThreadKore A collaborative spirit and a steady, professional presenceOur Core Values:
