Job Description

Are you a hospitality designer who loves running projects from first sketch to final walk-through? A boutique, multidisciplinary design studio in Brooklyn is looking for a Senior Designer / Project Manager to lead compelling hospitality, F&B, and retail interior projects — both domestic and international. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll own projects from concept through construction, working with a tight-knit, internationally diverse creative team on work that spans luxury hotels, restaurants, branded environments, and residential interiors. What You'll Be Doing Leading projects end-to-end: concept development, space planning, FF&E specification, purchasing, construction documentation, and CA Managing client relationships, vendor coordination, and subcontractor communication Guiding design teams through schematic design to CD sets Balancing the big picture vision with the fine details — across design, schedule, and budget What We're Looking For Architecture degree 5-8+ years in interior design with a strong hospitality portfolio (hotels, restaurants, bars) 2-3+ years of project management experience including construction administration on completed projects Experience producing full documentation sets from SD through CD Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp or Rhino (or 3ds Max), InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator Retail and multi-unit residential experience is a bonus A self-starter who thrives on multitasking and takes ownership Japanese language skills are a plus but not required Why This Role Work on a diverse mix of hospitality, F&B, retail, and residential projects International project exposure Creative, design-led studio culture in Williamsburg, Brooklyn Direct client interaction and full project ownership from day one Interested?
