Responsibilities Participate in internal project visioning, design discussions, and team collaboration Develop preliminary space plans, programming documentation, and design concepts Assist with design development presentations, visualization packages, and client-facing materials Conduct site verifications and site surveys to document existing conditions accurately Assemble finish/material, furniture, and lighting palettes; research products and assist with specifications and selections Support the production of interior architectural documentation from planning through construction documents, including drafting construction drawings and incorporating revisions Assist with consultant coordination, technical detailing, and project documentation Support senior team members with construction administration activities, including submittals, contractor questions, and construction progress reviews Build positive relationships with project teams, clients, consultants, and industry partners Demonstrate a commitment to client service and contribute to project goals, schedules, and budgets Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture 2+ years of commercial interior design or interior architecture experience Basic understanding of commercial space planning and programming principles Strong graphic, presentation, and visualization skills Growing knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and construction documentation Familiarity with furniture systems, FF&E specifications, and interior materials and finishes Understanding of lighting design fundamentals and commercial interior detailing Skilled at pulling together materials, colors, and textures in cohesive and creative ways Ability to communicate clearly, receive feedback constructively, and collaborate effectively within project teams Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD, Enscape, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and Excel We work hard and have fun doing it.
