A contract position is available for a skilled Sign Language Interpreter specializing in telehealth services within a school setting. This role is based in Montgomery, AL, and focuses on providing clear and effective communication support to students and staff who use sign language, facilitating accessibility and inclusion during virtual interactions.
Key responsibilities include:
Interpreting signed language during telehealth sessions to ensure accurate communication between students, educators, and healthcare providers. Collaborating with educational and healthcare teams to support student needs remotely. Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to professional ethical standards.
