Language Interpreter | National Language Services LLC National Language Services LLC (NLS) is expanding its professional interpreter network and seeking experienced freelance Language Interpreters for in-person assignments in Sacramento and surrounding areas. Interpreters may support government, legal, administrative, medical, educational, and other professional settings based on client needs. Responsibilities Provide accurate in-person interpretation Interpret consecutively or simultaneously as required Maintain confidentiality and impartiality Follow professional interpreting standards Arrive on time and prepared for assignments Maintain professional conduct with clients Accept assignments based on availability Follow NLS assignment procedures Qualifications Minimum 2 years of interpreting experience Fluent in English and another language Strong consecutive interpreting skills Excellent communication skills Professional and dependable Able to travel to local assignments Legal, medical, or government experience preferred Certifications or credentials preferred when applicable Languages Needed NLS welcomes qualified interpreters in all languages, with particular demand for: Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Punjabi, Korean, Hindi, Hmong, Dari, Farsi, Arabic, Russian, Armenian, Portuguese, Japanese, and ASL. Compensation $25

•65 per hour Rates vary based on language, qualifications, certification, specialization, assignment type, and client requirements.
