Qualifications and Experience:

Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) with demonstrated interpreting skills Previous experience working 1:1 with pediatric populations in schools, especially across Grades K-5, Pre-K, Kindergarten, and Middle School Ability to adapt signing style to the developmental needs of varied age groups Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators and support staff Reliable, compassionate, and sensitive to diverse student needs Certification or licensure as required by state or regional standards for educational interpreters
