Job Description

Job Summary ONE LSP is seeking qualified American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreters and Certified Deaf Interpreters (CDIs) to support legal assignments throughout Georgia. We are seeking professionals experienced in facilitating communication in legal environments, including court proceedings, attorney-client meetings, depositions, mediations, hearings, and other legal settings. Assignments may require collaboration between hearing interpreters and Certified Deaf Interpreters to ensure effective communication for Deaf, DeafBlind, or individuals with unique language needs. Responsibilities Provide accurate and impartial interpretation services. Facilitate communication between Deaf and hearing participants. Work collaboratively as part of an ASL/CDI interpreting team when needed. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics. Follow client-specific legal and security requirements. Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled assignments. Requirements Certification as an ASL Interpreter or CDI (Certified Deaf Interpreter) with relevant credentials recognized by professional bodies. Proven experience in interpretation within legal settings, including courts, law offices, or law enforcement agencies. Ability to interpret complex legal terminology accurately and efficiently under pressure. ONE LSP is a Georgia-based language services provider supporting legal, medical, educational, and government organizations through professional interpretation and translation services. We welcome qualified ASL Interpreters and Certified Deaf Interpreters interested in partnering with us.
Pay:
From $35.00 per hour
