Qualifications:

EIPA score of 3.5 or above (documentation required) Previous experience in educational or school-based sign language interpreting preferred Full-time commitment for onsite work (no remote options) Meet all licensure and credentialing mandates as specified for the position Reliable transportation to and from school sites Ability to begin as soon as possible and commit through late May 2027

Responsibilities:

Facilitate accurate, clear communication between students, school staff, and peers throughout the school day Support student access to curriculum and classroom engagement Uphold confidentiality and professional interpreting standards at all times Collaborate with educational teams on student needs and progress
