Support the onboarding process for Japanese/Korean-speaking clients or team members by providing language assistance as needed. Collaborate closely with team members to understand context and terminology specific to the industry or project. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to professional translation standards. Utilize provided lodging in Overland Park, KS, and coordinate shuttle services for daily commute to and from the worksite. Skills Fluency in both Japanese/Korean and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience in translation or interpretation roles is preferred. Excellent cultural awareness and sensitivity related to Japanese/Korean languages and customs. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
